case and lens cleaning cloth. If you need to return any glasses for any
reason please be sure to return them in the same protective hard case they
arrived in.
Delivery time 2 to 3 weeks after confirmation and payment received. Extra week for lenses under special request e.g Progressive, rimless, etc.

We ship to all countries around the world by registered post as in your billing address or any other address provided by you. We are not responsible for any additional charges like taxes, if any in buyer's countries.
Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
Full refund within 14 days but product must be returned by trackable registered postal and in original conditions less shipping costs.
Lenses ordered under special request (or outside the standard package price) will not be covered under full money back guaranteed. Money back guaranteed will apply only to the frame in this case.

If the backordered item is no longer available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel your order and remove it from our catalogue.
You'll be notify immediately by email if we encounter any difficulties inserting your prescription lenses into the frame that you've chosen and we reserved the right to cancel any order and money will be refunded in full immediately.
